  1. Tasty! I added some grilled onions and decided to use only half the dressing. Thanks for posting the recipe.

  2. Loved it! Only thing I did differently was used bottled roasted red peppers. Looking forward to lunch . . . had a bit leftover! Thanks for sharing. Made for ZWT Africa Curry Challenge.

  3. This had a very good flavor. Being we are not huge fans of curry, this was not too overpowering, so we liked it. I also substituted the mayo, as we don't keep mayo in our house with plain lowfat yogurt. I also made my own curry powder, which was fun and it worked well with this recipe. Made for ZWT4.

  4. Fantastic flavor! Super easy to make. Made for the Tastebud Tickling Travellers during ZWT 4

  5. Delicious grilled vegetable salad. I used sour cream and it turned out nice (I can't find Greek yogurt here in the Philippines), and 3 small zucchini. Thanks! Made for ZWT4.

I moved out here many, many years ago from Ottawa, Canada - so I am blessed in having two wonderful heritages! I suffer from compulsive obsessive behaviour with regard to food and my psychiatrist thought it would be a good idea to find a 'society' where many have the same problem and try to find a cure. So far, I've copied a couple of thousand recipes from this site and my psychiatrist has thrown the towel in and refuses to answer the phone when I call. What did I do wrong? Got 3 kids that keep me on the go - 10 and under at this point (2008) - I may not get round to updating this for a few years, so you'll have to do your own maths. I teach English full-time and Greek Cookery part-time. I would like to make the cooking part of it full-time and the English Grammar part of it part-time. That's all for now.
