"I had a Cuban Sandwich at the Fountain Restaurant at the Swan and Dolphin at Disney World. This comes pretty close, plus it makes good use of my panini maker."

• 59.14 ml mayonnaise
• 4.92 ml chopped chipotle chile in adobo
• 4 hoagie rolls
• 59.16 ml Dijon mustard
• 8 slice deli chicken or 8 slice deli turkey
• 8 slice deli ham
• 8 dill pickle slices
• 8 slice swiss cheese

directions

1. Mix the mayonnaise and chipotle; spread on top halves of rolls. Spread mustard on bottom halves and add chicken, ham, pickles & cheese. Grill sandwiches on panini press or in a skillet.
