- 118.29 ml low fat cottage cheese
- 56.69 g havarti cheese, grated
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 283.49 g frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
directions
- Whip eggs with a fork until just mixed.
- Add green onion, cottage cheese and havarti, mix well.
- Add spinach and stir to break up chunks, mixing thoroughly and distributing throughout.
- Bake at 400° for 20 minutes and let cool.
