    This is another recipe I garnered from the National Watermelon Board. I entered it in the local Watermelon Festival cooking contest and it won first place!

    Ingredients:

    Directions:

      Blend cream cheese with mayonnaise until fluffy.
    2. 2
      Whip cream to soft peaks and fold into cream cheese.
    3. 3
      Fold in celery and bell pepper.
    4. 4
      Place watermelon balls in dessert glasses and spoon dressing over top.
    5. 5
      Sprinkle with pecans.
    6. 6
      Add sugar to taste to dressing for a sweeter salad.
