One of those recipes most of us have already made. Adapted from Campbells
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1 1⁄2 cups chicken broth
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 1⁄2 cups instant rice
- In a saucepan whisk together the soup, broth and dill weed. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in the rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve.
This was so easy and made a filling, satisfying lunch. The dill was a pleasant surprise. Thanks for the recipe.
What a flavorful and easy rice recipe! I made this tonight just for DH and myself. I knew I liked dill in dips and such, but was not sure I would like it with rice, but was very pleasantly surprised. We only had the rice for supper, but it would be a great side dish with any kind of meat. Quick and Easy, my two favorite things! Thanks for a keeper Leezah4!
