- 14.79 ml minced shallot
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 236.59 ml pumpkin puree
- 113.39 g soft fresh goat cheese or 113.39 g chevre cheese
- 59.14 ml sour cream
- 14.79 ml cream
- 2.46 ml sea salt
directions
- Puree in food processor, then chill until needed. Flavor develops as it sits.
