Creamy Mushroom Bow Ties

ingredients

• 6 cups uncooked bow tie pasta
• 1 lb sliced mushrooms
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 (4 1/2 ounce) package garlic herb spreadable cheese
• 1⁄4 cup chicken broth

directions

1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute the mushrooms, salt, and pepper in butter until tender.
3. Add spreadable cheese and broth; cook and stir until blended.
4. Drain pasta; add to skillet; toss to coat.
5. Taste and adjust seasonings with salt and pepper.
