Excellent salad dressing or dip.
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
- 1⁄4 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon sugar or 1 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- In a blender, combine oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, sugar, garlic and cheese. Blend until emulsified. Add sour cream and blend until well mixed. Best if made 24 hours in advance.
