Great for Roast Beef! No horsing around! This sauce will add zip to any meat or fish!
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise or 1⁄4 cup salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- In small bowl, combine all ingredients; blend well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Store in refrigerator.
Liked it but missed something. Maybe some dill and/or chives. Would also make it with more mustard, prepared or powder. I'm glad I tried it though. Made for PAC Fall '07. Thanks for posting.
