Creamy Horseradish Sauce

"Great for Roast Beef! No horsing around! This sauce will add zip to any meat or fish!"

• Serves: 1

ingredients

• 1 cup sour cream
• 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise or 1/4 cup salad dressing
• 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1⁄4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

directions

1. In small bowl, combine all ingredients; blend well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Store in refrigerator.

Liked it but missed something. Maybe some dill and/or chives. Would also make it with more mustard, prepared or powder. I'm glad I tried it though. Made for PAC Fall '07. Thanks for posting.
