Comfort food at it's best. I have never had a corn casserole like this, but this was truly wonderful. I made this with the intent of having a dish the kiddoes would enjoy and it was a hit with the whole bunch, young and old alike. Super easy to prepare, and different from your average side dish. Great to accompany a bbq, or take to a potluck I would think. Thanks SG for a great recipe.

SG, this is fantastic! I have to agree with Bratty, even though I have never had it before, it is the epitamy of comfort food. So creamy, great flavor and very easy to make. Although, I must be a little oinker because there is no way this would serve 6 in our house. Dan and I each had some for supper and I had just enough leftover to take to work today for lunch. This will definately be a regular at my house. It may even become my new Thanksgiving or Christmas casserole! Thanks for posting it!

Absolutely loved it! Wasn't sure whether to drain the liquid from the can of whole kernel corn. Decided I would drain it, and then, on second thoughts, added just a smidgen of cream and a smidgen of water to the mixture, as a precaution. (I was worried there might not be enough liquid for the spaghetti to cook.) This was a creamy, yummy dish, a breeze to prepare, and one that THIS Aussie Zaar member will be making often! Thanks Sly Girl for posting.
