Creamy Cheesy Corn Bake

ingredients

• 2 (15 ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup milk or 1 cup half-and-half
• 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

directions

1. set oven to 350 degrees.
2. grease a medium-size baking dish.
3. pour the drained corn into the baking dish.
4. in a small saucepan, melt butter, whisk in flour.
5. add milk.
6. whisk to make a thick white sauce.
7. remove from heat when thickened.
8. add the sauce and the cheese to corn in baking dish; mix well.
9. cover and bake for 20 mins.
