This is similar to other recipes posted but uses fat-free soy milk and artificial sweetener.
- 1 cup low-fat mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
- 6 tablespoons non-fat soymilk
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 2 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute
- In a small mixing bowl, mix together the mayo, soy milk, celery seed and Splenda. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
- To use, toss with shredded cabbage or broccoli, shredded carrots, and diced apple or celery.
