Here is an easy and different salad dressing from a Super Food Ideas magazine. I like to serve it over a chicken and green salad.
- Combine ingredients in screw top jar.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Shake furiously.
- Pour over salad.
Wonderful dressing that I enjoyed a lot over a tossed salad. Grey Poupon Harvest Coarse Ground mustard, Hellmans mayo, and Del Valle apricot nector are what I used and will definitely make this again. Thank you so much kate for posting this recipe! 5 stars for a brilliant idea for a salad dressing! Yes, this only has 3 ingredients in it, but what a boon it was for me today - with no oil and not much vinegar left to make a dressing, BUT, I did have mustard, mayo and apricot nectar! Thanks again Kate-Kins - made and devoured this lunch time over a chicken and cheese salad, and very much enjoyed. I can see the possibilities for OTHER fruit juices here, a passion fruit nectar for tropical salads etc etc. Made for PAC Spring 2009! FT:-)
