- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen spinach
- 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 12 ounces shredded parmesan cheese
- 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 cup unsalted butter, melted
directions
- Thaw spinach.
- Combine to thawed spinach softened cream cheese; 10 oz. shredded parmeasan cheese; 1/2 t. nutmeg; 1/4 t. salt; 1/8 t. pepper; 1 stick of unsalted butter (melted); stir until combined.
- Put all the ingredients in a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle remaining 2 oz of parmeasan cheese on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
