  1. bring water to a boil
  2. add butter
  3. add flour stir like crazy.
  4. stir until thick.
  5. let cool
  6. stir in eggs one at a time.
  7. then add baking powder
  8. drop in gem pans ( muffin tins).( baking sheets,the bigger the puff the less you make ).
  9. and bake 45 minutes(others say 30 minutes at 400 degrees ).
  10. filling.
  11. boil together (stirring constantly with whisk ).
  12. milk butter sugar and egg.
  13. when boiling.
  14. add cornstarch dissolved in water.
  15. boil until thick
  16. add vanilla.
