- 2 lbs powdered sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1⁄2 cup butter (1 cube)
- 1 -2 tablespoon vanilla (to taste)
- 1⁄2 cup milk
directions
- Sift powdered sugar into larger mixing bowl.
- Add softened or melted butter, cream cheese, and vanilla.
- Start mixing slowly, and gradually beat faster as powdered sugar disolves.
- For a fluffy frosting, beat 5-10 minutes, beat until ingredients are totally mixed in for a "not fluffy" frosting.
- Add milk to thin frosting and powdered sugar to thicken.
- Enough for 1 regular cake, 24-30 cupcakes -- .
