Crazy Cake

"Easy, easy cake. Mix and bake in the same pan. This recipe has been in the family for many years and is a favorite at family gatherings."

• Serves: 12

ingredients

• 3 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 6 tablespoons cocoa
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons vinegar
• 1 cup oil
• 2 cups water
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

directions

1. Mix dry ingredients, then add the liquids.
2. Bake in a greased 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
3. This cake can be mixed right in the cake pan and then just put it in the oven and bake.

This was a very easy recipe. Although it was pretty moist, I will still make it again. Next time I am thinking of serving is warm with ice cream. Thanks for the great recipe. : )

I've made this cake quite a few times. It tastes nice but it is a little too moist for me. It is easy to put together, though, if you need a cake quickly and uses commonly/easily available ingredients. I've normally liked it, except for it being a little too moist in the center. I call this one a "Saucy cake" sometimes.
