  1. Great recipe, too bad I didn't read it through before I started, because I didn't realize that they are drop and I threw the dough out onto the counter...a little messy. Anyway, I dropped them onto a heated Pampered chef stone, they only took 15 minutes to bake to a lovely golden brown. Sprinkled them with a little raw sugar...very light and tasty. More like a muffin than a scone, in my opinion. Delicious, though.

  2. Delicious! I love the simplicity of this recipe. I didn't have orange juice, so I substituted peach/mango juice with a splash of lemon juice. Turned out great!

I am teenager, and I just love to cook! I love to try new recipes and I have basically taken over my parent's kitchen. I like to use fresh, healthy ingredients as often as possible. In addition to a love of cooking, I enjoy bike-riding, hiking/walking, gardening, reading, art, and am a percussionist in my school.
