This simple recipe was found online at GoneRaw.
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 apple, cored & quartered
- 1 orange, peeled, seeded, quartered (zest saved)
- 1 cup dates, pitted
- In a food processor, process cranberries, apple, orange, orange zest & dates only until blended, but chunky.
- Chill, then serve.
This was really good and easy to make. It is not as sweet as the cup-o-sugar version (of course!) but still very tasty. I'll also try grinding up pecans in it next time. (That's the way my cup-o-sugar recipe goes.) Thanks Syd! Reviewed for the Veg*n Recipe Swap.
