1 1/2 pound loaf
- 177.44 ml water
- 59.14 ml unsweetened cranberry juice (100% juice)
- 59.14 ml skim milk powder
- 59.14 ml orange marmalade
- 7.39 ml salt
- 29.58 ml sugar
- 29.58 ml butter (room temperature)
- 650.62 ml all-purpose flour or 650.62 ml bread flour
- 8.62 ml bread machine yeast or 8.62 ml fast rising yeast
- 157.80 ml dried cranberries
directions
- Measure all ingredients except cranberries into baking pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
- Insert pan into the oven chamber.
- Select Sweet Cycle; press start.
- Add cranberries at the "add ingredient" signal.
- When the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on a rack.
- Let cool to room temperature before slicing.
