- 396.89 g can sweetened condensed milk
- 44.37 ml lemon juice
- 566.99 g can crushed pineapple (well drained)
- 453.59 g can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 177.44 ml pecans (coarsely chopped)
- 177.44 ml shredded coconut
- 453.59 g carton cottage cheese
- 226.79 g container Cool Whip
directions
- Whisk together condensed milk and lemon juice.
- Stir in pineapple, cranberry sauce, pecans, cottage cheese and coconut. When well mixed, fold in Cool Whip.
- Spread in 9"x13" baking dish or cake pan. Put in freezer for at least two hours. Cut into squares for serving.
