  • In a large bowl, combine cranberries, broccoli, cabbage, walnuts, raisins, onions and bacon.
  • Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cranberry mixture.
  • Toss well.Cover and chill overnight.

  1. Of course I did vary it a bit...Instead of cabbage, I shredded the stalks of the broccoli<br/>and used more vinegar. Normally would have used plain yogurt. I did not add bacon or raisins but did add walnuts.
     
  2. This is excellent, grandma. I admit to not using the cabbage ( didn"t have any on hand) but otherwise followed the recipe increasing the amount of broccoli. It's crunchy, chewey, tangy, and sweet. Delicious.

I love cooking, and reading Christian fiction..I have 5 grandchildren..4 boys and 1 spoiled granddaughter...I also have a black cocker spaniel named Tobey..who is very spoiled..Love computer games, cross stitch and reading cookbooks..I was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia almost a year ago, on September 26, 2005....was in an out of the hospital for 8 months, doing intensive chemo...I am doing well now, thanks for all the prayers...
