Enough for 2 medium chickens according to The Cranberry Connection Cookbook by Beatrice Ross Buszek. Haven't tired it yet so posting here for safe keeping.
- 1 (16 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 dash salt, to taste
- Combine all ingredients in saucepan and stir over low heat until smooth.
- (Rub salt and pepper over chicken(s) and grill or bake in the oven until cooked)
- During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush with the glaze often.
