Very refreshing in the summer. Looks lovely served in a glass dishes. I use Stem ware with a wide bowl that was intended for desserts.
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1⁄2 lb cooked crabmeat
- 6 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 large green pepper, finely diced
- 1⁄4 cup minced chives
- 1⁄4 cup minced parsley
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil
- salt & pepper
- Gently stir all ingredients together and chill 2 - 3 hours. Garnish each serving with a sliver or two green pepper.
