ingredients
- 1 soft shelled crab
- 1⁄2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon goya adobo seasoning
- 3 slices bacon
- 1⁄4 cup rendered bacon fat
- 1 full lettuce leaf
- 1 slice red onion, thin
- vine ripened tomatoes, sliced thin
- mayonnaise
- kaiser roll
directions
- Mix flour and seasoning.
- Rinse and pat dry soft shell crab.
- Coat crab with flour mixture.
- Heat bacon fat in sauté pan for 1/4-inch depth.
- Fry coated soft shell crab until browned.
- Slice kaiser roll and lightly toast.
- Spread mayonnaise on roll.
- Place crab, onion, bacon, lettuce and tomato in roll.
- Eat.
