Crab Tostadas With Cumin-Lime-Mint Dressing

  1. Combine the dressing ingredients and shake or blend well.
  2. Set aside for a few minutes.
  3. Prepare the tostada shells according to the package directions.
  4. Place one-third of the crab on each of the three tostadas.
  5. Place small mounds of lettuce on top of crab.
  6. Drizzle approximately 2 T of dressing on each.
  7. Garnish with a small dollop of sour cream, salsa, cheddar or olives if desired.
