    These ribs are mouthwatering and delicious and did I mention EASY! Add some fried rice a salad,nice bread, and you're good to go!!! Friends of ours had us for dinner and served these I couldn't believe it was such a simple recipe. Enjoy!

      Boil country style pork in slightly salted water for 2 hours.
    2. 2
      Prepare sauce ( you may use less garlic if you prefer. I use minced garlic the equivalent to one clove.
    3. 3
      Remove pork from water after the 2 hours and cut any fat off of pork. Place in an oven ready dish and pour sauce over pork. Cook in 350 oven for 1/2 hour. Basting and checking frequently.You can double sauce if you prefer more saucy style ribs.

      Great rib recipe. I did half a recipe and it is so easy. Served with Is It Egg Roll or Eggroll? and Fried Rice. Great meal.

      very good! I will add onions next time. I put them in a crockpot, instead of boiling them., and just poured the sauce over them. Added some Jack Daniels to it, and its a keeper!
