  1. brown ground beef.
  2. drain.
  3. add 2 cups of water and onion soup mix, worcestershire sauce and onion soup mix. simmer until boiling.
  4. in a bowl mix corn starch and half a cup of water until thick.
  5. add peas and carrots.
  6. mix in baking pan.
  7. cover with mashed potatoes.
  8. top with cheese.
  9. bake 350 for 30 minute.
