This is so delicious and satisying! Great for breakfast or served as a side to a lite lunch.
- Drain juice from oranges, pineapple and peaches and place fruit in a small bowl.
- Mix fruit together.
- Top with cottage cheese.
I love cottage cheese with fruit - peaches or pineapple being favorites - but had never thought to combine multiple fruits like this. Very tasty! I made *half* the recipe for breakfast and was thoroughly stuffed :) Thanks for sharing!
Delicious! I love trying cottage cheese with different fruits! Sometimes I just use a can of tropical fruits ;) You can also add in some coconut or slivered almonds to spice it up a bit! :)
Tasty and simple combination! I used fresh a mandarin orange but had to go with canned pineapple and peach. I also subbed low-fat cottage cheese. This made a very tasty, healthy lunch. Thanks for posting! Made for PAC Fall 2008.
