1. One of my childhood favorites! I can finally stop calling my mom every summer to ask, "So, is it really a whole container of sour cream in that marshmallow stuff?" It's a 10-oz bag of mini marshmallows, too, just in case anyone needs to know that. They come in so many package sizes now.

 2. Like the name says - a delightful little recipe!! Chef Irmgard prepared this for our dessert at a recent Zaar gathering! Yummy!!

 3. Wow Irmgard, this was delicious! Irmgard was kind enough to bring this to my house for a get together, and it was terrific! Now I will have to make it myself to have a taste again...yummy!

I live with my husband, four cats, and a sweet mutt named Jada in Scarborough, Ontario, where I work as an elementary school administrative assistant. I have a 31 year old daughter who lives with her boyfriend in nearby Don Mills, along with my sweet granddogs, Frankie and Turbo. I would have to say that my passion is animals, since I have so many of them!

If I had a month off work to do what I please, I would first catch up on my sleep and then just have fun - see a few movies and maybe take a couple of short trips - something that wouldn't break the bank - lol!
