ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 (11 ounce) can whole corn, drained
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box cornbread mix
- 1 dash salt
directions
- Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
- Mix together all ingredients.
- Pour into prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 60 minutes. Casserole is done when knife inserted in center comes out clean and edges and top are lightly browned.
