    Ingredients:

    Serves: 6-8

    Yield:

    • 1 (9 ounce) can sweet corn
    • 1 red bell pepper
    • 1/2 white onion
    • 1 medium jalapeno
    • 3 tablespoons cilantro
    • 1 hot yellow pepper (or any other pepper)
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice

    Directions:

      Cook corn.

      Mince all other ingredients.

      Combine corn, minced pepper-cilantro mix, and lime juice in a frying pan until fragrant.

      Chill in refrigerator.
