This was recently served at a party at work. I did not, at the time, know it was a dip so I ate it alone. I find the taste to be very interesting, but definitely delicious.

I made it by the recipe and added jalepenoes. It was good!... But today made it: replaced the mayo for fat free mayo and used cream cheese instead of sour cream... It's excellent!! I added a touch of celery salt, a little garlic and a dash of ginger... It's a hit!!
- 1 can mexicorn, drained
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- green onion, chopped and to taste
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
