refreshingly tasty, spicy green chutney
- 250 g yoghurt
- 150 g coriander leaves (including some of the sprigs)
- 50 g mint leaves
- 1⁄2 lime, juice of
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
- 4 garlic cloves
- green chili
- Blend all ingredents except yoghurt in blender. Add green chillies and salt as per taste.
- Place yoghurt in bowl, add blended ingredients. Mix well.
- Check for salt and chillies. (add more if needed).
