This is a very forgiving recipe! I messed up and got the order of ingredients wrong, but the cookies came out tasty in spite of me. I left out the raisins at my family's insistence, but did use chopped walnuts. A nice little treat! Made for Alphabet Soup Tag.

I chose to surprise my DH this morning by making them for him. These are different but yet very good. Very easy to make! The next time I make them I will add coconut to ours, my DH favorite. Thanks for posting this recipe for us to try. My DH loved them~
