- 1 cup flour
- 1⁄4 cup Splenda granular
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 2⁄3 cup skim milk
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 3⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
directions
- Combine flour, splenda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a bowl.
- In seperate bowl combine egg, milk and oil. Add all at once to dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly, but quickly.
- Pour into a sprayed round baking pan.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top.
- Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
