I worked for Coco's for 10 years when I lived out west and this doesn't taste anything like their house dressing. Replace the milk with buttermilk for a total of 2 cups of buttermilk, double the parmensan cheese and leave out the vinegar. The vinegar ruined the recipe. Add 1 T. ground black pepper, 1 t. finely chopped parsley and viola - you have Coco's dressing.
I liked the dressing, but the vinegar needs to be reduced and the parmesan needs to be increased.
Wonderful dressing. I do add extra parm. Thanks.
