  • Preheat oven to 300°F.
  • Grease and flour a half sheet pan.
  • Beat eggs with whisk until fluffy and light yellow in color.
  • Sift sugars, cocoa powder, flour and salt together over a large sheet of parchment paper.
  • Slowly pour sifted ingredients into beaten eggs while whisking.
  • Slowly pour melted butter into mixture until evenly incorporated.
  • Stir in nuts and coconut *if using these optional ingredients.
  • Pour into prepared pan.
  • Drizzle dipping caramel over top of brownie batter *optional.
  • Bake until toothpick comes out of center almost clean, with just a few small crumbs attached (approx 45 mins.).
  • Allow to cool and cut into any size/shape you like.
  • Store these brownies in tin foil to keep them fresh.
