Hands down best brownie recipe I've ever made or tasted!

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Grease and flour a half sheet pan.
  3. Beat eggs with whisk until fluffy and light yellow in color.
  4. Sift sugars, cocoa powder, flour and salt together over a large sheet of parchment paper.
  5. Slowly pour sifted ingredients into beaten eggs while whisking.
  6. Slowly pour melted butter into mixture until evenly incorporated.
  7. Stir in nuts and coconut *if using these optional ingredients.
  8. Pour into prepared pan.
  9. Drizzle dipping caramel over top of brownie batter *optional.
  10. Bake until toothpick comes out of center almost clean, with just a few small crumbs attached (approx 45 mins.).
  11. Allow to cool and cut into any size/shape you like.
  12. Store these brownies in tin foil to keep them fresh.
