- 10 ounces pizza crusts
- 1⁄4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vertical sliced red onion
- 3 ounces skinless rotisserie chicken breasts (3/4 c)
- 1 1⁄2 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded (1/3 c)
- 1⁄2 cup arugula
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 ounce feta cheese
- 2 bacon, slices crumbled
- 1 avocado
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
directions
- Preheat oven 500.
- Place dough on preheated stone bake at 500 for 5 minute.
- combine yogurt, buttermilk and mayo in a bowl; spread over crust. Top with tomatoes, onion, chicken, and mozzarella. Bake at 500 for 5 minute Place arugula and oil in bowl toss. Put arugula, cheese, bacon, avocado and pepper over pizza. Cut and serve.
