    Ingredients:

    Directions:

      Preheat oven to 350º.

      Grease 15x10inch baking pan.
    3. 3
      In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, and baking soda.

      Add oil, 1/4 cup honey and egg.
    5. 5
      Stir until combined.
    6. 6
      Stir in walnuts.
    7. 7
      Press into prepared pan using waxed paper or hands.

      Bake 18-20 minutes or till toothpick inserted comes out clean.

      In small bowl, combine powdered sugar, butter, vanilla, hot water and remaining 2 Tbsp honey.

      Beat until smooth.

      Spread over warm bars.

      Cool completely before cutting into bars.

      This is a keeper! A very thin bar with a thin glaze on top that tastes a bit like cinnamon rolls. Excellent! Next time I may leave out the walnuts, add a bit of almond extract to the glaze and sprinkle sliced almonds over top. Great recipe.
