This is my (9 yo) daughter, Mimi's recipe for a quick snack!
- Peel and core your apples.
- Cut into pieces and then slightly mash them, so they are chunky.
- Microwave for 1 minute.
- Add the sugar and cinnamon and stir.
Very nice! Your DD did good. Made this for DH dessert tonight and he enjoyed that it tasted like a baked apple with out being overly sweet. Made as written using Splenda Brown sugar blend. Thanks so much for the post.
