- 6 ounces nonfat plain yogurt
- 1⁄3 cup cilantro, stems removed
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 serrano chili
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- Add all ingredients to blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours to allow flavors to blend.
