Fantastic sauce and so easy to prepare, lasts for several days also if you make too much. Last night we tried it as a sauce over salmon - out of this world! I've substituted Trader Joe's Greek Lowfat Yogurt for the Mayo and it works great, just use a little less than you would the mayo because of the different consistency.

Well how terrific and easy is this? WOW! Sowie! This is outrageously delightful, light tasting and a wonderful compliment really to *any* dish. I used this aioli for 2 different food items. First, Dennis' sandwich with turkey, avocado, on a crusty roll which really was terrific, and the other I used for Recipe #292433 in which I subbed instead of plain mayonnaise. Really complex flavors that just taste great! I added more then the desired amount of hot sauce, as I love hot foods, and it was never hot or overpowering. A true winner here~Beautiful BC! Will use this often!
