- 2 lbs smoked sausage
- 16 ounces any kind beer
- 1 lb brown sugar
directions
- Slice sausage and combine with beer and sugar in crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours.

This just did not work at all for me. I took it to a potluch and came home with just about all of it!!! I followed the directions as posted and it just went nowhere!! The sausages could have been put to far better use!! Sorry paula&matt but this was my experience with this dish. I cannot make it again. -
I only had three hours before my party...so I combined the brown sugar with a can of beer and put the crockpot on high!...it did the trick in a jiffy. Thanks for a great and quick recipe. -

I am the wife of a submariner!! My husband just finished serving on a Trident Nuclear Submarine for the past five years! We are just starting a 3 year shore duty tour and loving it. We are so happy to be a family we have four kids under the age of 8. They are the whole entire world to me!
