  • Combine peanut butter, sugar and egg. Press into an ungreased 20cm (8 inch) square pan.
  • Bake at 160C (325F) for 20 minutes.
  • Remove pan from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips on top and cover pan with foil.
  • After 3 minutes, remove the foil.
  • Spread evenly over surface and cut into bars while still warm.
  • Store in fridge.
