This is a good icing for a double layer cake.
- 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons soft butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 2 -4 tablespoons milk
- Mix together peanut butter, butter, and vanilla.
- Stir in sugar, cocoa, and salt.
- Add milk, stirring, until desired consistency is reached.
