Chocolate Mug Cake

• Serves: 1

ingredients

• 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 3 -4 tablespoons sugar
• 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1⁄4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
• 1 egg, beaten
• 3 tablespoons milk
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 2 caramels (optional) or 2 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)

directions

1. In a small bowl, mix to combine all ingredients except caramels/ chocolate chips.
2. Pour mixture in a regular sized coffee mug.
3. Drop caramels/ chocolate chips into batter.
4. Microwave on high for one and a half minutes. If cake is not done, microwave for an additional 30 seconds or till done.
