  • Preheat oven to 350 and lightly grease or spray 9 x 13 pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat brown sugar and Walnut Oil.
  • Blend in honey, vanilla, and egg.
  • In a seperate bowl combine, flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.
  • Add flour mixture gradually to the sugar mixture and beat until combined.
  • By hand stir in peanuts, puffed rice, almonds and oats.
  • Press firmly into the bottom of the greased pan.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Cool and cut into Squares.
