  • 34 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup plain chocolate

  • 1. Put chocolate and cream into a saucepan and heat gently, stirring until chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth.
  • 2. Transfer to bowl of an electric mixer and beat until cool and thick.
  • 3. Frosting can be used to spread over cupcakes or piped as decoration.
  • Variation:

  • White, milk or dark chocolate can be used, depending on the cupcakes.
