  1. 10 teenagers arrived for a video at 8 PM. I put these out around 8:10. At 8:25 my daughter asked me if I had made any more. I had to disappoint her friends. The next day 3 mothers called and asked for the recipe. This says 36 servings, but if you are feeding teens, it's more like 5 servings, maybe! Thanks for making me a very popular mom, Bert!

  2. Very good and easy to make. I cooked the filling for the full five minutes. At the end the butter started to separate but I feel it turned out fine. I've had to give this recipe to several people.

  3. These are great. I took them to work. They were all eaten in 10 mintues. Everyone wanted me to go back home and make some more. Thanks Bert!

I love to cook and so I am thrilled that I found recipezaar. I work as an educational assistant in a food school so I am around food all day long. I have four children, three of which have already flown the coop so to speak but I still have my 'baby' at home. (He's 21). I am lucky in that I have my summers off so I spend a lot of time trying new recipes and catching up on my reading. I also play soccer in a ladies league to stay in shape.
